Covered under your warranty
- The exact fault that was diagnosed and repaired on your service ticket
- Any part installed by our technician, if it fails under normal household use.
- Re-visits for the same fault within the labor warranty window, at no extra cost.
- Workmanship issues such as loose fittings or incomplete installation.
Not covered under your warranty
- New, unrelated faults that appear after the original repair
- Damage from misuse, power surges, flooding, or unauthorized third-party repairs
- Normal wear items such as door seals, filters, or belts unless replaced by us
- Appliances older than 10 years where parts are sourced as used or refurbished, by prior agreement

Call or WhatsApp our team and quote the ticket number from your original invoice.

Describe the Issue
Tell us whether it’s the same fault returning or a part we installed that’s failed.

Technician Visit
We schedule a free inspection visit, usually within 24–48 hours, to confirm the claim.

Free Repair
If it’s a covered fault, we repair or replace the part at no charge for labor or parts.
